Creative collaboration with Worldline: shaping the future of payment services

Mon rôle consistait à concevoir des contenus numériques, éditoriaux et événementiels valorisant les produits, les solutions et les valeurs de Worldline, tout en assurant la cohérence de la communication interne et externe.

EN — Working closely with Worldline’s in-house creative studio, from 2021 to 2025, I’ve contributed on an ongoing basis to communication projects for one of the world’s leading payment and transaction services providers.

My role involves designing digital, editorial and event content that supports Worldline’s products, solutions and corporate values, ensuring consistency across internal and external communication.

White Paper & Editorial Design Report created about how AI is transforming UK rail services, featuring Worldline’s smart solutions for ticketing, operations, and passenger experience. AI visuals generated for this document (pages 9, 10, 27) to illustrate innovation in seamless, secure transport systems by AI.

Designed editorial layouts, AI-generated animations, and illustrations for Worldline’s One Commerce campaign, bringing to life the “switch button” concept, a visual metaphor for the solution’s seamless toggle between online and in-store payments.

Created paid ads, web assets, and more to support the campaign’s unified commerce narrative, adapted across 8 sectors:

Booth design for Worldline Mobility & e-Transactional Services at RNTP fair — Rencontres National du Transport Public — France’s leading event for public transport and sustainable mobility. Worldline participates as an exhibitor and innovator, showcasing its solutions for payment and digital services in the public transport and mobility sector. They are helping transport authorities and operators modernize ticketing, improve user experience, and support the transition to sustainable mobility.

Advertising Worldline’s premium products and services to the hospitality sector in the “H” Magazine by Swiss Deluxe Hotels (exclusive 5-star hotels in Switzerland).

Billboard promoting Worldline’s solution at Fox Town, a prestigious shopping mall in Switzerland. This poster aimed to engage merchants to use Worldline’s payment solutions, in partnership with Fox Town’s leadership.

Designed and produced a wide range of digital and print materials for Worldline, from internal and commercial documents to white papers and product factsheets, managing the entire process, from concept to final print.

As part of a large creative team, I contributed in the Always-on Campaign 2024, serving as both a static advertising designer and an HTML5 designer. Working hand in hand with the SMB Marketing & Digital Sales team, I supported the development of dozens of digital ads — including banners, carousels and AI generated images — to promote Worldline’s payment solutions to merchants. The campaign specifically highlighted four in-store products and two online products, aligning with the overarching goal of driving adoption and awareness. Through an always-on strategy, rolled out in multiple phases throughout the year, we delivered a high-impact campaign that reached merchants across Switzerland, the Benelux region, the Nordics, and Central and Eastern Europe, ultimately supporting the success of Worldline’s strategy.
